So, you’ve seen our great prices, received a fantastic sample pack and now want to place your order…no problem. Below is a quick overview of how our simple 5 step order process works -
Step 1 – Send us your plastic card artwork
We can accept artwork via email, an upload to our FTP or via post on a CD / USB stick.
Step 2 – We send you a proof via email
Your proof will be labelled with any additional features required on the plastic cards i.e signature strips / printed numbering / magnetic strip. The proof also enables you to double check the artwork we have received – to ensure it is the correct version and to clearly show you the order specification.
Step 3 – The proof is approved via email
If the proof is incorrect in anyway please advise us via email or give us a call and we will email an amended proof as soon as possible.
Step 4 – An invoice for your order is emailed with payment options
We currently accept payment via Paypal, Google Checkout, BACS and cheque. For payment via BACS or cheque please note we cannot go to print with your order until we have received cleared funds into our account. We will shortly be able to accept your credit/debit cards over the phone and online.
Step 5 – Your order is sent to print and dispatched within 12 working days
Once we have received payment for the order and the proof has been approved your order will be sent to print.
