What are your plastic cards made from?
All of our cards are made from full PVC plastic – not encapsulated cardboard. All our cards also come with rounded corners as standard.
What does ‘micron’ mean?
The micron of a plastic card is the thickness of the PVC used. A typical bank card is 760micron – which is the industry standard for plastic cards. We also offer 600 and 450 micron plastic cards as for larger volumes or freebie promotional cards this helps reduce the units cost for our customers.
How long will it take to print my order?
We advise customers of a 10 – 14 working day turn around under our standard service, or 3 – 5 working days with our express service. These are guides and we do endeavour to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
Can I see an actual plastic card sample with my design?
We do offer a Hard Copy proof if required. This service is chargeable at £30 and typically takes between 5 – 7 working days. Its worth noting that our Hard Copy proofs are digitally printed and as such there maybe be slight colour variation between the Hard Copy proof and your final print run.
What is the standard thickness of a credit/debit card?
Most credit/debit cards are 0.76mm (760micron), same as our standard cards.
My artwork file is too big to email – how can I send it to you?
We can accept large files via our FTP (please contact us for details), CD / USB in the post or a 3rd party FREE service called mailbigfile.co.uk.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payment via Paypal, Google Checkout, BACS and cheque. For payment via BACS or cheque please note we cannot go to print with your order until we have received cleared funds into our account. We can also accept your credit/debit cards over the phone and online (via paypal).
Do you work with trade customers?

Do you share my details with any third parties?
As if. We value you custom and keep your details safe and sound.
How long does it take for a courier to deliver my order?
Once your order has been dispatched it is normally delivered the next working day and will require a signature.
How much is delivery for my order?
Standard next working day delivery to 1 UK mainland address is included in our website prices. If you require a Saturday / pre-9am / pre-10am / pre-12pm or international delivery please contact us for a quote on the additional cost.
